HB 3467: Oregonian brings Mug Shot Bill to front page.

The Oregonian ran a great story on HB 3467 placing the issue on the front page.  The reality is that people are being charged unreasonable fees to remove their mugshot off of Internet sites that are using public records to extort Oregonians.
